Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational goals and curriculum standards.
• Instruction Delivery: Deliver dynamic classroom instruction in English and Math tailored to individual student needs.
• Student Assessment: Monitor, assess, and report on student progress using both formal and informal methods.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular and professional communication with parents to discuss student progress and development.
• Professional Development: Participate in school-led training, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working with young students is highly valued and preferred.
• Strong command over English (spoken and written).
• Foundational knowledge of early childhood Mathematics concepts.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a kindergarten or early primary setting.
• Excellent classroom management skills with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
